Directions

Everson Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Joint Venture Rehabilitation are conveniently located in west Saint Louis County, MO. In general, we are located immediately north of Highway 40/64 on the west side of Ballas Rd. Parking is available in the front and back of the building. DIRECTIONS:
From Highway 40/64 Westbound: Exit on Ballas Rd and proceed to stop light. Cross Ballas Rd into our parking lot on the right.

From Highway 40/64 Eastbound: Exit Ballas Rd, turn left traveling under the highway, turn left at the next stop light into our parking lot on the right. If you have gotten to Conway Rd (St. John’s Hospital) you have gone too far.

From Highway 270 Northbound: Exit to 40/64 East, follow the ramp around to the Ballas Rd exit. Exit Ballas and turn right traveling under the highway, turn left at the next stop light into our parking lot on the right. If you have gotten to Conway Rd (St. John’s Hospital) you have gone too far.

From Highway 270 Southbound: Exit to 40/64 East, follow the ramp around to the Ballas Rd exit. Exit Ballas and turn right traveling under the highway, turn left at the next stop light into our parking lot on the right. If you have gotten to Conway Rd (St. John’s Hospital) you have gone too far.

From Ballas Rd Northbound: Travel under Highway 40/64, turn left at the next stop light into our parking lot on the right. If you have gotten to Conway Rd (St. John’s Hospital) you have gone too far.

From Ballas Rd Southbound: Pass St. John’s Hospital on your right, cross over Conway Rd, and turn right at the next driveway into our parking lot. If you have gone under Highway 40/64 you have gone too far.
